Problems and Solutions
The Problem is that some event discovery apps lack the ability to directly contact event organizers form within the app. This can be an issue, specially when users have questions about event details or need additional information.
One solution could be to add a functionality for contacting event organizers through an in-app chat or to contact them through phone or email.
Additionally, the app could provide access to the organizer’s contact information on the event page. This would increase users’ trust in the app and make the ticket booking process more convenient and straightforward.

Learning
Working on this project taught me the significance of user-centered design in crafting meaningful experiences. I learned how critical it is to prioritize simplicity and personalization in the UI/UX, ensuring users can effortlessly navigate and find value in the app. The inclusion of a direct messaging feature underscored the importance of fostering connection and trust between users and organizers, demonstrating how small, thoughtful additions can significantly enhance user engagement. This project also deepened my understanding of Visual design and the value of incorporating user feedback to refine solutions that address real-world needs effectively.
